Supporting Employee Health and Recovery
We regularly offer rehabilitation stays to our employees as a form of physical and mental recovery after demanding work. Employee benefits also include access to ŽP Rehabilitation services, where professional physiotherapy, massages, and rehabilitation treatments are provided under the supervision of qualified specialists.
Support for the Local Hospital
We are a proud partner of the Hospital with Polyclinic Brezno, to which we regularly provide financial support, medical equipment, or assistance through projects of the Železiarne Podbrezová Foundation. Thanks to this cooperation, we help improve the quality of healthcare for our employees and the wider community.

In the area of prevention and health awareness, we actively cooperate with external specialists. We organise:
- health check-ups and screenings directly at the workplace,
- consultation days with experts in orthopaedics, physiotherapy, and nutrition,
