The Board of Directors of Železiarne Podbrezová, a.s. is the executive body responsible for the company’s strategic management, commercial and human resources policy, and the development of production and technologies. Its members are top-level professionals with many years of experience in the steel industry and corporate management. Each member also heads one of the key divisions – commercial, production, economic and financial, technical, or human resources – enabling efficient and professionally sound management of the company. The Board of Directors acts in accordance with the Articles of Association and is responsible for fulfilling the company’s long-term objectives.

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is the company’s highest supervisory body, overseeing the activities of the Board of Directors and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, the company’s strategy, and economic efficiency. Its members are elected by the General Meeting of Shareholders and operate independently of executive management.

The Board has the authority to supervise all areas of activity, request reports, propose changes, and protect the interests of all shareholders in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.
