REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF CONSOLIDATED ENTITIES The amount of investments in subsidiaries and affiliates as at 31 December 2019 recognised in line with IFRS amounted to EUR 77 960 thousand, a 27.8% share of the Company’s total assets. In December 2019, the Company purchased 172 shares of TOM-FERR Zrt., acquiring a 24.89% stake in it.
