Introduction from the Chairman of the Board of Directors Dear Shareholders and Business Partners, Železiarne Podbrezová considers 2015 to have been another suc - cessful year recently since 2009. All tasks arising for our Company from the business and financial plan adopted for 2015 were com - pleted. All our subsidiaries performed their tasks set by the Board of Directors and by their statutory bodies. Cooperation with the suppliers and customers of the parent company, Železiarne Pod - brezová, was also very good. However, 2015 was not an easy year. The negative impacts we had to face included constantly high input electricity prices, imports of Ukrainian seamless tube products to EU markets, and strengthening Chinese exports.
