Report by the Board of Directors on Business Activities, Assets, and Financial Performance in 2015 and Information on the Business Plan Dear Shareholders, The Board of Directors of Železiarne Podbrezová considers the financial results for 2015 to have been very successful. We did not complete all the tasks and objectives set by the implementation plan. However, we ge - nerated a profit in perhaps the most difficult market conditions of the Company’s modern history. At the end of the year, the sales prices of our products were almost back to the level of the crisis year 2009.
