REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD The Supervisory Board was in adequate contact with the members of the Board of Directors throughout the year. It had access to all necessary information and documents. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board was informed about all important decisions of the Board of Directors. Each meeting of the Board of Directors was attended by a member of the SupervisoryBoard, usually by the Chairmanor theDeputy Chairman.
