Wehavehadlong-termcooperationwithuniversities,mainlywiththeFacultyofMetallurgyoftheTechnicalUniversityinKošice.In2011,14employees graduated from the Faculty with master's degrees. In cooperation with the Faculty, we organise an open day at our school as well as the Faculty to present the possibilities of study and future employment of the graduates in our Company. Our Company offers university scholarships to selected talented secondary school students of our private schools. We also cooperate with the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, particularly with the Department of Informatics in connection with informatics-oriented classes of grammar schools and with our subsidiary, ŽP Informatika, s.r.o., but also with other departments according to the Company's needs. The cooperation with universities is targeted, with an offer of possible scholarships, professionalinternships,andgraduationthesesfocusedtoattractqualifiedfutureemployeespreparedforworkintheCompany. In 2011, directly driven by the increasing number of contracts, the Company gradually increased its number of employees, with an average FTE headcount of 3,417, a year-on-year increase of more than 180 employees. The average monthly salary was EUR 925.22 per employee in 2011, which represents a year-on-year increase of EUR 92.96. Labour productivity from added value amounted to EUR 20,788 per employee, while in 2010 it amounted to EUR 18,884.
