INFORMATION FOR SHAREHOLDERS ŽELEZIARNE PODBREZOVÁ The Company's registered capital is divided into 2 384 135 ordinary shares with a nominal value of EUR 34 per share. Until 14 February 2009, the nominal value of one share was SKK 1 OOO. The shares are in certificate form and registered in the names of the individual shareholders. The Company provides for the maintenance and updates of the list of shareholders. The Company delegated, under a contract, the maintenance of the list of shareholders on the Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic, which registers the issue of the Company's shares under No.: LP0000806226.
