Vladimír SOTÁK Chairman of the Board and General Director Born in 1955, Mr. Soták has held the position of general director of the Company since 1994 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since the Company was founded in 1992. He was elected as general director by the extraordinary shareholders meeting in 1994. Ing. Marián KURČÍK Vice Chairman of the Board and Finance Director Born in 1958, Mr. Kurčík has held the position of finance director since 1993 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1994. He was elected as Vice Chairman of the Board in 2002. Ing. Ľudovít IHRING Member of the Board of Directors and Director of Capital and Assets Management Born in 1952, Mr Ihring has held the position of director of capital and assets management of the Company since 1993 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since the Company was founded in 1992. From 1994 to 2002 he held the position of Vice Chairman of the board of directors.
