As a result, the Com - pany’s share decreased from 96.51% to 94.66% and the share capital increased by EUR 299 thousand to EUR 15 535 thousand. In August 2016, Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. sold 100% of the shares of its subsidiary, ŽĎAS, a.s., and thus indirectly also a 100% ownership interest in TS Plzeň a.s. and ŽĎAS SGS, GmbH. In August 2016, Železiarne Podbrezová purchased 100% ownership in - terests in ŽP Trade Bohemia, a.s. and PIPEX SK s.r.o. In November 2016, the Company purchased an addi- tional 22% ownership interest in a Polish company, SLOVRUR Sp. z o.o., to complete the ownership con- solidation of companies under the parent company, Železiarne Podbrezová a.s. Net book value of the investment in line with IFRS. The amount of the contribution and the reported results of the companies in foreign currency presented in the report are converted using the exchange rate of the European Central Bank as at 31 December 2016.
