1) PIPEX Italia S.p.A Italy owns 51% of share capital of TUBISTEEL S.r.l. 2) ŽĎAS, a.s. owns 66.9% of sahre capital of ŽĎAS SGS, GmbH, Germany. 3) ŽĎAS, a.s. owns 52.6% of share capital of ŠKODA TS a.s. The first consolidation of capital of all consolidated accounting entity was performed as of the date of acquisition of ownership interests. Consolidation of capital was performed under the carrying value method.
